The automaker’s own coverage is for the first time available to drivers living in the state.
Toyota Auto Insurance, a coverage product from the Japanese automaker, has now expanded to include drivers in Georgia.
The coverage was first offered in select markets in 2021 with the promise of affordable rates.
The pitch from Toyota Auto Insurance is that it will offer customizable, quality coverage at an affordable rate. Though it has been slowly rolling out to include a few new states after a launch in a limited number of markets, motorists in Georgia can now purchase this coverage should they choose to do so. Drivers will receive a discount immediately upon receiving the coverage and have the possibility of benefitting from other discounts, such as for multiple policies, for being a good student, or for being a good driver.
The coverage can be purchased by customers who have vehicles from the automaker as well as those from other car makers.
“We’re excited to continue our rollout of Toyota Auto Insurance, expanding our reach to even more customers,” said Toyota Insurance President Rob Spencer. “We look forward to offering our customers in Colorado, Georgia and Oregon exceptional value and top-tier service to enhance their Toyota ownership experience.”
Toyota Auto Insurance is currently available in only twelve states across the country.
At the moment, the coverage is sold in only twelve markets, including Georgia, California, Arizona, Missouri, Oregon, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, and South Carolina.
The coverage is provided by Toggle, which is a Farmers Insurance brand. Customers in the state who are interested in receiving a quote to purchase coverage can do so through the insurer’s official website or by calling their toll-free number.
