The insurer received the highest results in customer satisfaction in the U.S. Southeast Region. J.D. Power and Associates has released the results of its 2012 U.S. Auto Insurance Study, and has named Tennessee-based Farm Bureau among the top providers in the Southeast Region of the country for its customer satisfaction. The company was up against nineteen other insurers for the top spot within the nine states. J.D. Power and Associates have identified the auto insurers receiving the most applause from policyholders. Research conducted by J.D. Power and Associates, called the 2012 U.S. Insurance Shopping Survey, has identified the auto insurers that have been named the best insurance companies in terms of service by their customers.
