Proposition 33 has now been officially assigned by the office of the Secretary of State. Consumer advocates, along with California agents and brokers, who have been seeking new opportunities for drivers to be able to shop for better deals, have announced that Proposition 33 has now been assigned to the 2012 Automobile Insurance Discount Act by the Secretary of State’s Office.
