Financial services industry sales automation solutions provider, Insurance Technologies LLC, has received the award for the Most Compelling Case Study in 2011, the ACORD Award.
The recipient of the award was announced in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at the ACORD Implementation Forum conference. Insurance Technologies received the award in recognition of the role it has played in standardizing eLabels – that is, tag values and instances – for any document which can be filled throughout a transaction with ACORD.
Every year, the member partners of ACORD who have shown innovative development for the enhancement of the implementation of standards by ACORD into the industry. The reason that Insurance Technologies was presented with the award this year was that their eLabels provide a value-added deliverable that is helpful in the adoption of standard ACORD forms and that will improve their implementation.
When end users implement standardized eLabels, they are provided with the capability for interjecting a “smart” tagged e-label PDF into the flow of the business, which can then lead to the beginning or completion of a transaction with ACORD, as it populates a PDF and leverages the current technology from the forms that can be filled.
The product offerings from Insurance Technologies support the standards from ACORD, and provide customers with sales solutions that will create direct processing and workflows that are effectively streamlined. By working eLabel support into the electronic app and fulfillment platform at Insurance Technologies, FireLight, the new business processing will be able to be expedited as there will be standardized eLabels for new business transactions for ACORD 103.
