The positions to be filled include both hybrid and 100% work-from-home opportunities.

State Farm has announced that it has so many insurance jobs available that it is holding a virtual career air this week with both full- and part-time opportunities available.

Positions also include bilingual opportunities in underwriting in hybrid and remote working locations.

The insurance jobs will be discussed during four different time slots on Thursday. This is a substantial opportunity for people across the country who have recently lost – or left – prior employment. Insurers have been facing a hiring drought for some time, which has encouraged them to offer considerable compensation and benefits when compared to many other industries.

Insurance jobs - recruitment - puzzle pieces

By choosing well established insurers such as State Farm, opportunities for solid and stable employment are highly appealing. The insurer celebrates its 100th anniversary this year and is currently experiencing historical growth. In order to keep up with its own momentum, it is seeking to fill thousands of critical roles with caring individuals.

Both recruiting and retaining employees is an important part of filling insurance jobs.

As a result, the insurance company is aiming to offer benefits and flexibility that will make the working experience one where workers will want to stay and grow within the company. Many of the positions being offered include remote working opportunities, in either a fully remote or hybrid capacity. Moreover, the pay for the positions is competitive, with a welcome bonus, and State Farm team members have access to tuition assistance programs to encourage career growth within the company.

The insurer is also proud of the fact that it has become known as a company that promotes a diverse workforce valuing every person in its organization.

“We’re very proud of the recognition we’ve received for being an inclusive employer,” said State Farm Talent Management Executive Cheryl Logue when discussing the welcoming and supportive inclusive environment people can expect from insurance jobs with the company. “Acknowledgements such as AnitaB.org’s Top Companies for Women Technologists, LATINA Style’s 50 Best Companies to Work, Black Enterprise Magazine’s Best Companies for Diversity, G.I. Jobs Magazine Top 100 Most Military-Friendly Employer and Disability Inclusion’s Best Companies to work for, affirm that we are on the right track to ensuring that State Farm is a great place to work, for every single employee.”
