The insurer received the highest results in customer satisfaction in the U.S. Southeast Region. J.D. Power and Associates has released the results of its 2012 U.S. Auto Insurance Study, and has named Tennessee-based Farm Bureau among the top providers in the Southeast Region of the country for its customer satisfaction.
