President Obama has signed a law that is designed to bring some relief to Americans who are affected by a product safety law that was enacted in 2008 in order to prevent children from obtaining toys containing lead. North Carolina ATV law revision has raised some eye-brows

In April the North Carolina Senate passed a bill to loosen restrictions on adult ATV riders. The bill was then sent to Governor Beverly Perdue to be signed into law.
