The problem had to do with failure to fill out the necessary paperwork in order to be eligible. Nearly 55,300 kids throughout Idaho have lost their health insurance coverage through Medicaid since April, due to the disenrollment process currently going on in the state. Missouri residents in the highest risk group will have lower health insurance rates

Missouri officials have announced that they will be decreasing the rates for the high risk healthcare pool by 23 percent for both current and new participants in the program.
