Insurance JobsProgressive auto insurance will be holding job fairs in Colorado Springs, in order to hire 150 more people before the end of the year and are looking for individuals seeking a rewarding career within the industry.

According to the Progressive military recruiting manager, Connie Dingeman, the insurer holds the dedication and experience of military veterans at a very high value and that veterans can benefit with the insurance company “because they’re able to adapt to changing situations, lead teams, and they understand the importance of having objectives.”

The new employees will be tasked with answering customer questions and selling policies. Qualification requires at least two years of customer service work experience or two years of post-secondary education.

All new hires will receive paid training, which will be especially helpful to individuals who are seeking to make a career within the insurance industry.
